Intake Coordinator                                     

• Greeting clients when they arrive for assistance                                                                                        
• Assisting clients with paperwork
• Entering client's information into the database
• Verifying social assistance coverage related to the client
• Handles all questions/concerns from clients and email inquiries 
• Fielding calls and emails from clients and donors
• Scheduling volunteer days, and activities 
• Performing standard Administrative work






 

Program Specialist II

• Communicating with clients or agencies about project, event, or campaign expectations and goals
• Collaborating with clients or agencies, finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house
• Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

Educational qualifications and experience

  • Customer-focused and dedicated to quality and success

  • Capable of working collaboratively and effectively on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment

  • An excellent ability to communicate interpersonally, orally, and in writing

  • Ability to work independently and focus on details

  • A strong and dedicated work ethic is required, as well as analytical thinking skills

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Some College preferred but not required

  • Bilingual is preferred but not required

  • Understanding and proficiency in the use of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
