The Benefit Bank of South Carolina is a SC Thirve program a free, efficient, cost-effective way to provide meaningful help to South Carolina families in need of assistance. Using an Internet-based service, Power In Changing's staff will assist low and moderate-income families with applying for Medicaid, SNAP assistance, Women Infant and Children (WIC),and other federal and state programs.
